Seldom is there such a fun, concise and actionable brief for a design project. A family of five moved into a large single-storey Cotswold house and wanted the attic converted into a vibrant, interactive area for the three young children to enjoy.
Bespoke joinery created partitions between separate sleeping spaces for each child with leather upholstered reading holes and hidden storage for clothes and toys. A designated ‘fun zone’ was created with a climbing frame, table football and playhouse set on purple rubber matting. A slide to the main house below was also installed so the children could get to breakfast a little bit quicker!
