The brief for this project was to convert a derelict hay barn and three coaching sheds within the grounds of a Grade II listed property into beautiful guest accommodation.
Substantial structural alterations, including the raising of the roof, were undertaken to create a new and inviting type of space. The original openings of the buildings were clad with soft grey vertical boarding to retain the appearance of the original agricultural row.
Internally, delightful original features were uncovered and soft tones of grey and blue were complemented by a simple contemporary white gloss kitchen and understated elegant furniture.
The wonderful outcome of this compact project is a tranquil, comfortable space for guests. See more in the gallery below. To read more about this renovation project, please find the Cotswold Life article here.
